You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App or Site and selecting “Edit Profile”.
You may also contact us via mail or email to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete all of your Personal Data except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Site or App.

Identifying information such as your name, and email and phone number are collected and stored in the cloud through a third-party cloud hosting service. We require that any hosting provider we use offers customary and reasonable data protection and security measures.
If hithr learns of a data breach, we may attempt to notify you and provide information on protective steps, if available, through the email address that you have provided to us or by posting a notice on the Site.

You can request that we delete your Personal Data by emailing support@hithr.com. However, we may keep some of your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention and to comply with our legal obligations including tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations.

We have implemented generally accepted security standards to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your hithr account password confidential.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our Site or App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. As hithr evolves, we may need to update this Privacy Policy to keep pace with changes in our App, Site and Services, our business, and laws applicable to us and you. We will, however, always maintain our commitment to respect your privacy.
